So, unfortunately I am addicted to a lot of reality TV, but I tend to not be very loyal to any one show—except The Bachelor(ette)/(Pad). And Cops, but that’s a completely separate issue altogether. Sad, but true.

The Bachelor airs Monday nights, 8-10 PM. I have a class 6:30-9:30 PM on Monday. Problem. Tonight happens to be the season finale, PLUS an hour long after the rose special. This week happens to be part 1 of my midterms week. Extra complex problem. 

To make a very long story short, my teacher let us go at about 9:00 tonight, so I sprinted Olympic-style back to my room to catch as much of the show as I could, still missing most of it. While participating in this dash, I lost a shoe and nearly my foot as well. And, I have such an obscene amount of work to get done that I should really not have the TV on, let alone actually watching something. So, basically I am missing my #1 guilty pleasure show and not a happy camper.

Anyway, sad that I would have to catch it online at a later date on a 2inch screen, I called Jay to ask him to tape the special show for when I got home. To my surprise, he told me he not only would, but had already set everything up to DVR earlier!

I’m guessing this will be completely insignificant to the tumblr community, but I thought it was the sweetest/most awesome thing ever.

To sum up, I have a fantastic boyfriend who makes me smile everyday, today just a little more than usual :)
